We are committed to legal and regulatory compliance and aim to comply with all legal and regulatory codes and obligations including those required by the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association (IPHA), the National Office of Animal Health (NOAH), the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) and those imposed under US laws such as the Sunshine Act.
As part of this, we comply with the EFPIA Pharma Transparency (Disclosure) Code which requires all pharmaceutical companies to disclose all transfers of value to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs) on an annual basis in arrears, starting with 2015 data.
