Engineering

This trainee-program gives you, a future professional engineer, the opportunity to gather insights in multiple areas of engineering. Over the course of your participation in the program, you will have the opportunity to work for three to six month-periods in areas like Project Management, Maintenance, Digitalization & Automation, Validation & Qualification, Process Engineering, Utilities and Production. You may work either in local organizational units or in global functions. For your rotation in Production, you can choose your area of interest, for example in chemical or pharmaceutical production. Additionally there will be opportunities during the rotations to get insights into cross-functional areas like Supply Chain Management or Business Process Excellence.

During each rotation, you will get familiar with day-to-day operations and support different projects. Every trainee will establish an individual technical focus during the program.

Besides the four different seminars as a fixed part of the trainee-program, you have the chance to choose internal and external training offers to improve your Expertise in a pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, being located on a non-German site is an essential part of your trainee roadmap. Your rotation abroad is an opportunity to gain new experiences in an intercultural environment and to make new contacts.

At the end of the two-year program, you will be well prepared for the challenging environment in engineering due to your experience and insights in multiple engineering areas.

Besides your technical- and engineering background (Masters or PhD), we expect strong analytical skills.

After completing the online application, the hiring process will continue with a telephone interview and conclude with an Assessment Center.
