Who are We Looking for:
- You are interested in taking on a leadership role in the future and want to prepare specifically for this
- You already have international experience, preferably through a stay abroad for several months
- You have strong team and communication skills, resilience, and a certain drive to make things happen
- You have an excellent master’s or Diploma degree, preferably with a PhD and/or initial professional experience
- Fields of study: Biology, (Bio-)Chemistry, (Bio-)Pharmacy, (Bio-)Informatics, Biotechnology, Medicine, Business Studies with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Data Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable Natural/Engineering Sciences
- You are flexible to work in our locations Ingelheim, Biberach or Vienna and willing to do a rotation abroad
- Excellent English skills; German skills are not a must, but the willingness to learn should be present
Recruitment Process:
We have developed a streamlined, time-saving process for your application. The entire process will take two to three months, depending on your application. Date and the timeline for the process are included in the job posting. We are recruiting new trainees for this program four times a year.
