COVID-19: Material donations in Germany
Boehringer Ingelheim donates protective equipment and disinfectants to authorities and social institutions at the company's German sites.
Every day, the Biberach health authority collects disinfectants from in-house production and protective mask donations from Boehringer Ingelheim in Biberach for further distribution. In Biberach, the company has already distributed more than 800 liters of disinfectant and more than 500 protective masks - a number that is increasing daily. Wherever possible, Boehringer Ingelheim participates in local support activities such as this one at the company's German sites. In addition to public authorities, the donations in kind also go to social institutions such as Caritas St. Martin in Ingelheim.
