With four aseptic filling suites and four freeze dryers, we can meet your clinical and commercial needs with flexible vial and batch sizes from 2,000 to 110,000 units. Our broad selection of products ranges from formulations for liquid or freeze-dried (lyophilized) vials for clinical and commercial supply.

Our global network

We have five filling lines around the world, offering solutions, highly concentrated liquid formulations and lyophilized powders - in flexible volumes from 0.7 mL to 100 mL for vials, and lot sizes from around 2,000 to 110,000.

We provide manual visual inspection as a 100% control for vials, and we offer electronic batch record and barcode-controlled application of material and equipment.

Vials

In our state-of-the-art facilities, we fill vials in isolators at commercial and clinical volumes. For vials, that ranges from around 2,000 to 110,000 units, all with manual, 100% visual inspection.

Lyophilizates

Meanwhile, our lyophilized product lines have four operating freeze-dryers (two with controlled nucleation technology), offering vial sizes from 2 - 100 mL and filling volumes of 0.5 mL to 50 mL, with lot sizes from 2,000 to 110,000 units. All our lyophilizates undergo manual or optional camera-controlled, 100% visual inspection.
