Our two- to three-year trainee programs “Discover” provide you with the opportunity to get to know the core areas as well as key processes and structures of various departments at Boehringer Ingelheim while executing different project tasks. The goal of all trainee programs is to prepare you for possible future leadership positions at Boehringer Ingelheim. Different rotations give you far-ranging insights into the corresponding organization and the chance to build a broad professional network. Your personal development will take place both within these rotations, by taking on challenging tasks, as well as beyond them, in the form of mentoring and educational seminars with other trainees in the Trainee Circle.
