Australia & New Zealand, 17 January 2023 – Boehringer Ingelheim has again been named an employer of choice, with the Top Employers Institute awarding the company Global Top Employer status for the third successive year.

Locally, Boehringer Ingelheim has been recognised as a Top Employer in both Australia and New Zealand for its standout practices in people strategy, leadership, organisational change and its work environment. The certification also highlights the company’s commitment to purpose-led leadership and the mental health of employees.

Dirk Otto, General Manager, Boehringer Ingelheim Australia and New Zealand said it was an honour for the business to receive this recognition by the Top Employers Institute.

“We know our world has experienced significant change in recent years. It has impacted our overall health and wellbeing, and we’re all recovering. What these results reflect is Boehringer Ingelheim’s approach to holistic employee wellbeing. It’s part of our DNA to take a long term view to strategic planning, priorisation and role clarity.
