Engenharia e instalações
What I love most about the role is the interaction with people that are highly competent and always surprise me with another innovative technical solution. I joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 2003 as an engineer for a large investment project in our bio business unit. I think engineering is one of those educations where you have a very wide range of tasks and activities. But I think the common part is always that we are trained to find a solution to a unique problem that ultimately helps people helps the society and helps mankind.
The aspects of the job that I like most as the pure engineering tasks, so we try to find effective efficient solutions for manufacturer of drugs to ensure robust supply chains and quality drugs. Within Boehringer Ingelheim, engineering is well respected. So a lot of other projects, be it mergers and acquisitions, organizational change projects, engineering is always a part of it because of their way of approaching the topic. It's a family business with a long-term perspective, open environment, a lot of speak up culture, quality mindset, a wonderful leadership team.
