Our regional leadership has considerable latitude to encourage success by implementing local recognition plans that offer tangible rewards for business milestones met and exceeded. That means they can consider conditions in their own markets, and the decisions can be made by those closest to the achievements. 

On a broader and more strategic level, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the way we work. Idea management programs recognize the inspired innovations that shift our perspectives and enhance our performance. We even have a day dedicated to celebrating that central part of our thinking: Value Through Innovation Day. Of course, there are the usual company social events that bring us all together, too. 

In Canada, our formal recognition program encourages recognizing your everyday excellence and provides an opportunity to reward work that goes above and beyond. We recognize, too, the value of those who choose to invest their time and talent in our long-term success, so we celebrate service milestones at 5 year increments with major service anniversaries like 10, 25 and 40 years with additional rewards.
