We are a manufacturing company as well as a scientific one: we have engineers, maintenance departments, logistics managers, QA/QC teams and everything else that goes with the manufacturing business.
As a global company, we place great value on our commercial functions, from customer-facing sales teams to strategists, analysts, accountants, and HR specialists. We work in a highly complex and regulated field which means that we have careers for regulatory experts and in-house legal teams.
We also need to listen to and engage with the external world and this is where our Corporate Affairs division come in to share their expertise on all matters concerning Communications, Corporate Brand, Public & Government Affairs.
We also need to communicate with each other which is why we have an IT division to keep the information flowing freely and efficiently. All this takes a great deal of organization, dealt with by our administrators. And finally, we need somewhere to do it all–which we have, thanks to our facilities teams who are also important in supporting our research and development teams and our production facilities located in 13 countries around the world.
