The two year Market Access Trainee Programm within Human Pharma Germany offers graduates the opportunity to develop professional and methodical skills, which are fundamental for future positions in the interdisciplinary field of market access. On-the-job training focuses on supporting the interdisciplinary creation of value dossiers during the early benefit assessment, implementing payer communication strategies and generating real world evidence, but also on optimizing pricing strategies. You are highly involved in cross-functional projects and daily tasks during your rotational assignments within Health Technology Assessment, Pricing & Contracting and Payer Evidence & Value demonstration. Each rotation will last round about 6 months, so that you get deep insights into all aspects of market access. Additionally, you have the opportunity to join the Corporate Market Access Team or another Market Access Organization abroad. During the program, you foster soft skills while participating in trainings and seminars covering topics such as project management. Moreover, you will have a mentor by your side, who supports you in building up your network at BI and in personal reflections. The trainee-circle offers a platform for sharing experiences on a peer-group level. Successful candidates hold a master degree in health economics, health care management, pharmacy, epidemiology, medicine or comparable with very good results (optional with PhD, ideally with international experience). You have already gathered practical experience in the field of market access. Moreover, the following skills and talents characterize you:
