The Trainee Program in Human Resources (HR) provides you with comprehensive insight into the most diverse fields of activity in the area of human resources. The main areas of focus are HR business partnerships (classic personnel support), compensation and benefits, recruitment, talent management, vocational training, and payroll.
These areas are being integrated in the form of a job rotation, during which you will accompany various projects with different technical priorities and get to know the day-to-day business. In addition to successfully completed university studies in the fields of economics, social sciences, psychology or law with a focus on human resources, we expect strong analytical and conceptual skills.
