COVID-19: PetPro Connect

We continue to address the ever-evolving needs and requirements of our customers, veterinarians and pet owners. Today’s pet owners are more engaged and digitally connected than ever, and they are looking to mobile solutions to meet the health needs of their animals. In addition, telemedicine and virtual care nowadays represent an extension of the veterinary practice.
 
Our PetPro Connect platform connects veterinarians and pet owners and makes it easy to deliver the collaborative pet care experience pet owners seek. PetPro Connect lets veterinarians and pet owners communicate by video and text. It also lets pet owners schedule appointments and submit rebate requests from an app on their phone. After successfully piloting the platform with key customers in the US, we launched PetPro Connect US-wide in March 2020 in an effort to provide an easy and safe way for pet owners to connect with their pet care professionals during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
