Act4Diabetes

The ‘Act4Diabetes’ initiative aims to increase awareness about the interconnectedness of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease, particularly among type 2 diabetes patients and their families. Our mission is to inform and motivate patients to speak to their doctor in order to better understand their options and take control of their journey with diabetes.
