What I love most about my role, I work with fantastic people every day, and this is very enriching. I'm heading the division, Corporate Strategy and Consulting. In our division, we bring together the strategies from the business units, animal health, human pharma, and we review it together with the business, so that it becomes really one co-created overall strategy.

I think it's very inspiring for all employees to know where we are going. We have a communication cascade to make sure that at the end we're all aligned all together to corporate priorities. In my department, I need very diverse skill sets because the topics we deal with are very diverse. From corporate strategy topics up to corporate sustainability, up to corporate culture.

I think that's really what we need in this group, is this diversity to enrich the input we can give to our colleagues to make sure that we develop a really successful strategy for this organization. You are really overlooking the entire company and you are able to connect dots. It's very rich to get this oversight. What makes us very special, I think, is our corporate culture. We are really powered by our people. You feel that every day, how we work together, treating each other with trust.
