I love that I can be as creative as I want to every day, and this is something that drives me definitely. I'm a biopharma management trainee in the second year at Boehringer Ingelheim. Basically, as a trainee rotating through different departments, you have rotations from six to nine months. I have already visited the quality department. I was in the production and now I'm in the project management.

It's a great approach to get to know a company very well and to get to know the biopharma business. Hopefully, after the training, you really have an idea of what kind of department you're mostly interested in.

I realized through all the rotations that I have done that I can imagine myself in doing lots of different things. I find interest and fun in digitalization, in innovation projects, in strategic projects. I think a big plus of the program is that you can network. Due to the lots of rotations that you're doing, you always work with different people, with different departments, and of course, your network is growing.

I really like the variety of things that I can do in company. I choose the project myself, I choose the departments myself. I can choose if I want to work very flexible, if I want to work very creative, to have the space to think about my work, my projects.

I definitely feel empowered to bring my ideas further in the company. I never felt that there are borders, boundaries. Every day is not the same, and this is what I love a lot.
