I originally come from Taiwan. After I received my PhD title, I got a phone call from the Boehringer Ingelheim talent acquisition and he said, we like to hire good people. We would like to develop you to become a person who you want to be.

My job would be first to bring in the innovative cutting edge technology, which would allow us to catch the latest trend in the neuroscience field and to develop the innovative therapeutic idea.

I always feel included whenever I express my opinion. It's always resonate with people. We have a group of colleagues, especially senior colleagues, they support me. They guide me through what is important in drug development.

Boehringer Ingelheim also offer me the opportunity to get more integrated not just in the company, but also in the country in Germany. I've got a lot of support from HR about that language course.
