What drives me is the vision that leadership together with the people are designing a work experience that everybody can benefit from.

I am a local HR business partner in the Innovation unit here at Boehringer Ingelheim. By training, I'm a psychologist and also a certified systemic counselor. I find people utterly intriguing. The way we make decisions, the way we interact with each other, develop skills and mindset is just an endlessly interesting topic to me. I have that strong conviction that every business will benefit from having people knowledge.
 

What I enjoy most about my job is going into conversations with people with the goal of finding a great solutions for all parties involved. My goal is always to deliver a solution and to find together a solution with the leadership that serves the business strategy.

As HR business partner, you are holding up the flag for talent development, for the Boehringer Ingelheim culture, and also for rules that, as a company, we need to achieve certain goals. In order to do that, you need a strong basis of personal values, be it collaboration, be it empowerment, and also be it building partnerships. To me, personally, that is just utterly appealing.
