My name is Nadine Becker, and I'm part of Master Data Management in Boehringer Ingelheim. I've been working for Boehringer Ingelheim for over 20 years now. I started as a trainee, and my career journey allowed me to gain broad experiences in various roles and functions. My current role as Head of Master Data Management means together with my team and showing trust in master data, which is crucial for a data-driven company.

If I could go back in time and tell my younger self that I would be around for over two decades with the company where I started my professional career, I would be really surprised to hear that. Being asked about why I'm still around, I would say it's three things. Firstly, it's our unique company culture which determines the way how we work together every day. There is a lot of trust, respect, empathy, and passion in how we work together.

Secondly, there have been always growth opportunities, the possibility to develop myself, which was important to me. And the third reason is embedded in our company purpose. I always thought I could make a contribution to improving lives of humans and animals. A career at Boehringer Ingelheim is purposeful, empowering, and manifold.
