anti-discrimination

Suppliers must pay employees on a timely basis and in accordance with applicable wage laws, including minimum wages, overtime, prohibition of excessive overtime, and mandatory benefits.

Freedom of Association

Open communication and direct discussions with employees (and/or appointed trade union leaders, if applicable) to resolve workplace or pay issues are encouraged. Suppliers must respect labor laws as set forth in local laws, such as freedom of association, joining or not joining unions, being represented and joining works councils. Workers must be able to speak openly with management about working conditions without fear of reprisal, intimidation or harassment.

Modern slavery

We are aware that in every country and in most cases within the framework of contractors and their subcontractors, so-called modern day slavery can take place. Any form of slavery is incompatible with our ethical principles. We expect our suppliers/subcontractors and their suppliers to fight against all forms of slavery.
