The corona virus forces many people to stay at home and work in the home office. However, one should not do without sport during this time. Aline Nichtern, trainer and head of the Boehringer Ingelheim sports centre "BI bewegt", offers suggestions for staying healthy and motivated during the corona crisis. On YouTube and Instagram, interested parties have been able to follow a varied online sports program since mid-March.

Aline offers daily exercises, courses and movement tips. They can be used independently and from home.

  • Instagram (@alinenichtern): The motto on Instagram is “Short and crisp”. Short videos contain instructions and suggestions for the "Workout of the Day", the training session of the day, as well as "5 exercises around ...", in which Aline focuses on exercises for one area of the body.
  • YouTube: Aline regularly publishes complete online courses on YouTube.

The initiative aims to motivate people in the home office to engage in sports activities under professional guidance. Both channels are accessible for free.
