Hi. My name is Ryan Henry Rickards. I'm a senior finance manager for US Animal Health Commercial Controlling team. I've been working with Boehringer Ingelheim for three years. I first joined the company fresh out of University in 2019 as a management trainee in finance control.
 

I supported in that role a variety of teams, including our mergers & acquisition business team, local controlling team, external reporting team and even our global business service, including a stint in Argentina.

I then received the opportunity to come to the US as a finance manager with the Global Innovation Controlling Team, also in animal health before moving in my present position.
 

I work in Duluth, which is a suburb just north of Atlanta, Georgia. Atlanta is a great city, but the traffic is [inaudible 00:00:51]. I'm actually thankful that I don't have to physically drive into work here everyday. That's due to Boehringer Ingelheim flexible work model which allows me to work at least some days of the week from home.
