Hi. My name is Simon Manhara and I work with our culture and sustainability team and I basically lead to topics, one of them being around our collaborations as part of the making our health initiative. One approach that we use to achieve this is we have an annual convention where we bring in all our different stakeholders that are interested in driving on social change and social impact. And we believe that by creating this platform and opportunity for people to have conversation and dialogue, then we can start to trigger collaborations and hopefully build this ecosystem that really drives lasting social impact. The other topic that I'm responsible for is in defining the topics that are available for us as an organization from a sustainability perspective. And then this will then help us decide and define where we actually contribute and have the greatest values of the company. And I think by working on these topics, I really am able to align my personal values and the values of the company which are around creating a sustainable future.
