For me, there's no higher purpose than serving a community and working in a pharmaceutical industry where we are basically developing and delivering lifesaving medicines to people who need them and what can be better than that?

My responsibility is really working on a standard, setting the quality standards, the quality systems and the processes that the sites are using throughout the world to make sure that we are able to deliver lifesaving medicines to patients.

It's a very collaborative type of work. I consider my job and the work that my team do as the connecting piece. We really are the glue that connect the different sites. We are very good at practice sharing.

Boehringer Ingelheim has given me personally all the opportunities to develop and advance my career. But at the same time, it has given me a purpose to really develop other people's careers and help people in their journeys.

Right now is the best time to join Boehringer Ingelheim. We have embarked on what we call the global quality transformation and it's really about using the power of the people that we have in quality and some of our partner teams. More than changing is transforming the organization.
