COVID-19: U.S. employees show gratitude #foreachother

The #foreachother initiative is designed to help us demonstrate Boehringer Ingelheim’s support #foreachother and our culture of caring.

Across our U.S. channels, employees will have the opportunity to express support and gratitude for everyone across the organization as we all uphold our promise to patients – whether human or animal.

The #foreachother social media program will first spotlight one particular segment of employees – those who continue to show up every day ON SITES across the country.

While many of us are working from our homes during this challenging time, some of our colleagues across our U.S. sites do not have the ability to do so. These colleagues are showing up every day to make and distribute our medicines, conduct our important science and keep our business going so we can continue improving the lives of patients and animals.

U.S. employees are encouraged to share their gratitude message on a custom MS Teams site. To ensure our on-site colleagues get a chance to see the outpouring of gratitude, we will produce a mashup video to share across our U.S. Corporate website and social media channels.

While this first program spotlights those colleagues who are currently working on our sites across the U.S., we have more #foreachother engagements planned that will create additional opportunities for employees to encourage, support and thank one another.
