Making dreams come true 

Growing up I dreamed of being part of a global company, connecting worldwide with different people and cultures. When I was 22 my then classmate, now husband, shared a job opportunity at Boehringer Ingelheim with me, I jumped at the chance to fulfill my dreams. 20 years later I still believe I made the right choice! 

I work in IT with a special focus on our marketing and sales internal customers. Together with my team, we are responsible for producing digital content such as, websites, mobile apps and emails for Animal Health and Human Pharma. We also provide support and consultancy to our stakeholders during project execution, to ensure we create an outstanding customer experience. 

Family culture 

Boehringer Ingelheim, being a family-owned business, creates a culture of support. Every person is valued and so are their families. I bring this into my role as part of the IT team each day, importantly I work to develop and support team members, removing obstacles as they grow and find new opportunities so they can be the best version of themselves.

This company-wide transformation is ongoing and at the forefront of everything we do, with my role I am given the opportunity to support, navigate, and drive these changes across the company. I have the opportunity to connect my personal passions, diversity, inclusion, human rights, and social care, with my work. Working in IT at Boehringer Ingelheim is not only about to delivering digital assets but gives me the unique opportunity to create a positive impact, particularly for vulnerable populations.
