In June, as the world celebrates Pride Month, we asked three of our colleagues to share their thoughts on the significance of respect at our company. Their stories deliver a powerful message: For us, respect is not merely a core value; it's a tangible reality that shapes our culture and interactions. We identify as a company where everyone, irrespective of their sexual orientation or gender identity, feels both welcomed and valued. Consequently, fair treatment and anti-discrimination are part of our Code of Conduct and our Human Rights Policy.
