Lyon
With more than 1,500 employees, the Lyon area is now Boehringer Ingelheim's center of activity in France, and home to six of the company’s ten French sites. The French headquarters and the animal health headquarters are located in the life sciences district of Lyon.
In this area, Boehringer Ingelheim is present across the entire animal health value chain: research and development, production, and supply of veterinary products. Since 2015, more than €500 million have been invested into Lyon’s R&D and production sites.
