It offers career starters comprehensive support as they find their feet in the working world: accommodation and travel costs, flexible training hours, and regular talent management meetings. Some of our locations also offer confidential counselling for support and advice as students start to develop and follow their own path.

For new graduates, we can offer openings in a wide range of fields: financial and economic disciplines, law, computer sciences and many more. For natural scientists, of course, our R&D and Medical Affairs teams are an outstanding place to develop and hone their skills. To put them to use in a truly worthwhile cause: making lives of millions better.
