We are a manufacturing company as well as a scientific one: we have engineers, maintenance departments, logistics managers, quality assurance teams, and much more.
As a global company, we place great value on our commercial functions, from customer-facing sales teams to strategists and analysts to accountants and HR specialists. These work, too, in a highly complex and regulated field, which means that we have careers for regulatory experts and in-house legal teams.
We need to listen to and engage with the external world. That’s the job of our Corporate Affairs division. They are our experts in everything to do with communications, our corporate brand, and public and government affairs.
We do also communicate with each other, of course. This is why we have an IT division to keep the information flowing freely and efficiently.
All this takes a great deal of organization by our administrators. And finally, we need somewhere to do it all – which we have, thanks to our facilities teams.
We have R&D and production facilities in 13 countries, and we understand that every one of the people working in them plays a part in getting our products to the people who need them most: patients and customers all over the world.
