• There will be Recordings* as part of the Services. We have right to use the Recordings produced in connection to the Services.

• You grant the following rights to us to use without payment or royalty. These rights include the perpetual worldwide right to:

  • use the Recordings in whole or in part, either alone or in combination with, or as a composite of other matter, in any media or manner

  • use your name, likeness, and voice in connection with the Recordings

  • Use in written or oral forms any quotation extracted from the Recordings

  • edit the Recordings in our sole discretion, without altering its essence

  • display, exhibit, publish, distribute, transmit, or broadcast the Recordings publicly by any means or on any media/platform.

• We will store the Recordings in our internal secured database with limited access restrictions. We will use the Recordings in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and any other applicable rules. We will use the Recordings only for the purpose described in this document. We are the data controller of your personal data. You can withdraw your consent and exercise all access rights deriving from GDPR by contacting the BI Contact Person.

*‘Recordings’ means (i) the recordings including but not limited to photographs, videos and/or audio recordings.
