COVID-19: Protecting Humans and Animals

At Boehringer Ingelheim, our commitment to our patients, customers and employees is at the core of everything we do. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic to determine the most appropriate, safe and effective way to support our patients, customers and employees.

Based on a set of data-driven analytics and adherence to federal, state and local orders, we have made the decision to gradually return to the workplace, which includes returning to face-to-face interactions with our customers in a phased approach in select states.

To help make this transition as smooth as possible, we have instituted proper safety precautions, such as trainings and personal protection equipment. In addition, we will closely work with each customer to abide by any protocols or procedures that will be required of our employees.

We will continue to monitor the situation so we can evolve and adapt our approach as needed.
