Recognized as an inclusive workplace for the fifth time
We were recently named a 2022 Seramount Inclusion Index Organization for our commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace for our employees. We’ve received this recognition for the fifth time since 2018 and wouldn’t be where we are today without our entire U.S. workforce.
The majority of our success is rooted in our values and driven by our employees’ passion for helping bring life-enhancing medicines to people and animals. We focus on building strong partnerships among colleagues and encouraging a culture of belonging.
Along with more than 100 other organizations, we were recognized for being transparent and having best practices to:
- Recruit, retain and advance underrepresented groups, like women, minorities, people living with disabilities, and people in the LGBTQ+ community.
- Maintain an inclusive and accountable company culture where all are welcome.
- Hire people from all backgrounds.
We can also use results from the inclusion index to further evaluate our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Seramount's feedback will enable us to be even more accountable and accessible to our employees, as well as to continuously optimize their working environment.
