Sophia Malki: A Woman on the Rise
Sophia Malki, Director of Quality Assurance at our US Biopharma manufacturing facility in Fremont, CA, was named one of Paradigm for Parity’s 2022 ‘Women on the Rise’. Through this award, women are acknowledged for their commitment to overcoming barriers and helping achieve inclusion and equity in the workplace.
The award recognizes strong female leaders from Paradigm for Parity’s member companies, which we have been a part of since 2019. Recipients are typically nominated by a colleague, sponsor, or mentor.
“This is such an incredible accomplishment for Sophia, and we’re so proud of her!” said Jane Jordan, Director of Human Resources, US Biopharma in Fremont. “She is an integral part of our leadership team, which is evident in how she displays accountability, agility, and intrapreneurship each day at work.”
