Galym Zhunisbekov, a Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager in Eastern Europe, reflects on our philosophy and our impact on patients’ lives.
My role basically involves coordinating regulatory work with suppliers in Belarus, Albania, Moldova and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The job involves database and project management, and I work both locally within individual countries and across the whole region.
Why Boehringer Ingelheim?
I was drawn to Boehringer Ingelheim partly because it’s a family-owned company – a fact that is strongly reflected in its working philosophy. That independence gives us the freedom to focus on the interests of patients and our own employees. The other factor was the company’s tradition of life-saving innovation. Our products have a real impact on the lives of countless patients.
Next steps
For me, the next steps involve more personal and professional growth and development. I’m looking forward to taking on new projects and new responsibilities as my career progresses.
What’s the best thing about working for Boehringer Ingelheim?
A combination of comfortable working conditions and confidence in the future!
