Our Behaviors...
Like any employer, we look for the right combination of skills, qualifications, and experience from candidates. Just as important as what you know, though, are the qualities that make you who you are. We've broken these down into what we call Our Behaviors - five key characteristics we look for from day one, and if we invite you to meet us for an interview, there’s every chance we’ll be asking you about times when you lived up to them...

We don't believe in rushing into decisions but, once we have the information we need, we believe in making our choices decisively, and acting without delay to seize those opportunities.
4. Innovate and Drive Change

Innovation is our lifeblood - but not just in terms of products; we are constantly looking for better ways to do business, to run our facilities, and to cooperate with partners around the world.
