Matthias Muenks, Global Engineering Process and Data Manager, speaks to Boehringer Ingelheim’s innovation and culture. 

I started my position in 2021, in the biopharmaceutical business unit. I am an experimental physicist by training, with a background working in the chemical industry. I am based in Biberach, Germany, one of their global scientific hubs.
