COVID-19: Webinars for clinicians on needs of vulnerable respiratory patients
Webinars with more than 1,000 HCPs to provide update on prevention and treatment recommendations for vulnerable respiratory patients
The social and clinical environment changed dramatically overnight because of COVID-19 for respiratory patients and clinicians. Leveraging its long-standing expertise in respiratory diseases, Boehringer Ingelheim Canada brought together more than 1,000 health care practitioners in a new online learning program.
Participants received an update from peer leaders on how to manage high-risk respiratory populations and the opportunity to ask questions on diverse aspects of treatment and precautions in order to learn how to best support their patients. It also provided a forum for frontline healthcare workers to support each other. Boehringer Ingelheim Canada is proud to support COVID-19-related education for healthcare professionals.
