The purpose of helping others

"When I show up at the workplace, I get to be me." Our colleague Trent, a Professional Services Veterinarian, describes his purpose journey from absence of work-life balance to creating an environment focused on mental and physical wellbeing – for others and himself.

Exhausted and overworked, Trent knew something had to change. Three years later, he has found his purpose and work-life balance as Professional Services Veterinarian. A self-described “people person”, Trent thrives on helping human and animals while spending quality time with his kids.

For Trent, there is no more majestic animal than the horse and being a trained equine vet, he understands the unique challenges the professionals taking care of these animals are facing first-hand. Being a servant to veterinarians not only fuels him but enables him to bring his true self to work.

Watch the video above to learn more about Trent’s inspiring purpose journey.
