We are over 53,000 people, all around the world, from different backgrounds and cultures: a broad palette of talent and ideas that powers our innovation and imagination. But there are some things we all have in common -  whether we’re researching innovative therapies, planning marketing, maintaining facilities, or filing accounts. Certainly, we look for the drive to break new ground – innovation is in our DNA and we look for people who share that passion. After all, we want to make millions of lives better, and it takes driven people to do that – people who are passionate about what they do, willing to keep going because the goal is worth the hard work.

Equally, though, we look for what’s sometimes called ‘a people person’ – empathy, a willingness to cooperate and collaborate. We are a family-owned company, and a family atmosphere defines the working environment at Boehringer Ingelheim. We listen to each other, support each other, respect each other and we celebrate shared success.
