Our state-of-the-art Leadership Academy creates a single language for leadership, with a high-quality, consistent learning offering for leaders. Its programs are available in every region, providing tailored development at the right time at every point their careers, be they first line leaders, leaders of leaders, or at executive level. As time goes on, more programs and learning opportunities are made available through the Academy, ensuring best-in-class training that shapes our leaders into the inspiring mentors and professionals we need them to be.
A different view of enterprise
Our “executive in residence” program is an individually tailored leadership development opportunity that offers our executives intensive placements. They take place from two weeks to six months in collaboration with Making More Health (MMH). There, executive leaders work alongside social entrepreneurs and their teams, gaining an entirely new perspective on a different set of challenges. We also offer MMH insights weeks: a week’s intensive, disruptive immersion in the challenges of healthcare in underserved communities – with no four-star hotels or conference binders and all profits going back into social enterprise projects in India.
