Boehringer included on LinkedIn’s “Top Companies 2024” list

Fresh off the Annual Press Conference in Ingelheim, Germany, Boehringer Ingelheim was honored as one of LinkedIn’s Top Companies 2024 list in the U.S., comprised of organizations with 5,000 or more employees globally. Now in its eighth year, the list highlights the 50 best large workplaces for professionals to grow their careers. 

LinkedIn maintained a robust methodology for selected companies, ranging from ability to advance in one’s career, average attrition and employee tenure, gender parity and educational attainment.  

This designation comes at a pivotal time for Boehringer, as the company plots 25 new launches over the next decade in several therapeutic areas, including oncology, mental health, cardio renal metabolic (CRM), and more.  Animal Health is also poised for significant growth, with 20 new products slated for the next three years as well.

“As our pipeline continues to evolve, so too does our need for top talent in the U.S.,” said Jamie Eden, senior vice president of Human Resources. “This recognition by LinkedIn will help us attract the professionals we need to continue transforming lives for the people and animals we serve.” 

Boehringer was also featured in the Large Employer category on LinkedIn’s top companies of healthcare.
